By joining, you are signifying that you agree with our Declaration of Principles and wish help work toward a vision for education in which teachers uphold high standards for the profession and are the leaders in education policy. 

 

As a member, you are entitled to:

 

• Join our strategic planning and organizational meetings in addition to our workshops and outreach activities.

• Participate in or help organize a policy group. This includes initiating your own group on a policy that you care about.

• Receive our newsletter updating you on our latest outreach activities, organizational meetings, and stories from other teachers like you who are looking to get involved.

Membership requires an annual $5 donation (Paypal is NOT WORKING YET, so membership is free until we get it set up!). This money goes directly toward helping us to reserve locations for workshops, make copies, provide food, and keep the light on... even though we don't have an office.
